Clematis Bridgewater™ EviGsy155(PBR) was selected by Sue Biggs CBE, Director General of the Royal Horticultural Society to commemorate the RHS’s fifth public display garden, RHS Garden Bridgewater, in the 154 acre site of former Worsley New Hall Estate in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. This is our 5th release from our new 2014 breeding programme and the principles we have in place and the direction of our selective breeding is offering the world a reliable source of outstanding forms of our modern clematis. From compact plants which flower freely from base to tip, repeat blooms from 2nd through to sometime 4th sets of buds down the stem. Varieties that keep producing new flower buds as they grow and new and exciting colour breaks. All of these attributes are the culmination of a life-times passion and work from Raymond J Evison and his team and the reason why we are market leaders for clematis. Make sure you keep up-to-date with our latest news via our websites and social media accounts.
